Lovely vintage doll! Perfect for your collection! I believe this is Molly from the earlier first line of dolls. She is marked "Pleasant Company." She has some pink marks on her face, around her eyes. Hard to see in photo and are possibly removable. She also has small purple mark drawn on one arm.
